Pricing

Large Factory Production:

University of Florida investigators: $2,400

Other academic investigators: $2,900

This price includes a typical production from a 10 cell stack factory, followed by iodixanol and FPLC purification. Our titer is usually in the range of 1e12 – 1e13 vg*/mL (250 uL). All vector productions are analyzed for endotoxin load and bioburden.       *vg=vector genomes

Small-Scale Production Option:

University of Florida investigators: $1,000

Other academic investigators: $1,200

This price includes a smaller scale production from tissue culture flasks, followed by iodixanol gradient purification. The titers are usually in the range of 1e12 – 1e13 vg/mL, but yield a smaller volume (100 uL). These smaller scale productions are excellent for testing in tissue culture systems, or in small animal models (such as mice) where only small volumes of the AAV are needed.

Other Services Offered:

cDNA cloning into AAV-backbone plasmid: $~250 (University of Florida investigators); $~300 (other academic investigators) — costs may vary depending on the cloning complexity

Endotoxin cleanup: $100 (University of Florida investigators); $120 (other academic investigators)

Endotoxin testing: $100 (University of Florida investigators); $120 (other academic investigators)

Additional iodixanol gradient purification: $350 (University of Florida investigators); $420 (other academic investigators)

Additional titering: $120 (University of Florida investigators); $150 (other academic investigators)
